There is no “standard size” kitchen at Tanner Bespoke Joinery. Our hand built kitchen units are made to measure and completely tailored to suit the available space and client’s desires. We can work around existing elements of a kitchen, or completely refit.

Larders are very popular at the moment and customers like to really fill their space with useful sized cupboards and unusual extras. You can chat with us about all of this when we meet with you.
You may also like the idea of adding in a separate utility room – a great idea if you want to hide away all those bulky and noisy appliances!
You may also decide that you would like a stunning kitchen island, so cabinets may need a rethink, as long as space allows for one. Islands make a real impact on your kitchen and can look spectacular, but not if they are fitted as an after thought. Careful planning needs to be carried out.

Top quality materials, such as birch ply are used for the carcasses and the fronts are dependent on client specification but can include maple, walnut or cherry.
All our kitchen units are coated in a clear protective spray in our own on-site spray booth, giving a more professional finish than being painted by hand.

Worktops aren’t limited to wood. We work with granite, marble and quartz to suit budgets and tastes. We will work around existing plug sockets or for refurbishments suggest where to install new power points. We can conceal appliances within units, so they don’t end up using worktop space.
